Shipping Policy
It usually takes between 2- 5 days to fulfil your order. This will then leave our warehouses and will be sent on its way to you by your chosen delivery option. If your delivery address is within the UK and you have selected the standard £5.95 option, this will be sent to you by Royal Mail first class. You should receive this within a week of placing your order (if not before), but this is not a guaranteed delivery service. The lovely postie people are under guidance to leave a ‘While You Were Out’ card if you are not available to receive the package. You then have the option of collecting from your local sorting office.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF UK – EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
We send our fabulous customers from within Europe, their packages via the Royal Mail International Signed For. This service will require a signature on delivery. The cost of this service is £11.95. Royal Mail state that this service can take between three and fourteen working days, from the date of despatch. Please be aware that this is not a trackable service outside the UK.
Any items valued at over £400 will be sent UPS tracked. This service starts from £19.95 and we will contact you directly to upgrade your shipping method and provide you with the tracking number.
Any orders outside of the UK may be subject to tax and import duties. These will be charged when the delivery reaches you, and you will be responsible for the payment.
